“Tafesilafa’i 2010 Volume II”

This video features the singing of the national anthems of the three countries that constitute the Samoan community. The Anoa’i sisters and Lee Silitai gave cathartic renditions of the anthems after the Boys Scout Troupe 1200 posted the colors. This was followed by the Ava Ceremony. Groups performing included Ke Aloha o Ka Hula, Tioata, Ierusalema Fou, South Los Angeles Youth, Khmer Community (representing the largest Cambodian Population in the US). Individual appearances by Jennifer Kumiyama (representing the Disabilities Community), Congressman Eni Faleomavaega, Congresswoman Laura Richardson and John Kalekale.
