Staff Yoga/Staff Work is both an isometric toning and stretching routine that is based on both the postures/asanas in “traditional” Yoga and the slow flowing movements of Taiji (tai-chi). By doing Staff Yoga/Staff Work, you will improve flexibility and you will be centered in Mind, Body and Spirit. This flexible instruction is beneficial for all ages, genders and body types.
