Chet Cortellesi has a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University and was trained as a Certified Fitness Instructor while exploring various fitness pursuits such a jogging, martial arts, yoga and cycling. He began a journey of self discovery and completed programs such as: SRF, 12 Steps, RC, ACIM and JOW. His self studies led him to Carols Castaneda’s book, Magical Passes in which he found some correlations in quantum physics material, most notably Stephen Wolinsky’s book, Quantum Consciousness. From this, Chet was able to synthesize an approach to fitness and spirituality which he calls … Quantum Fitness. In this presentation, Chet blends the mental and emotional aspects of Quantum Consciousness, a book by Stephen Wolinsky, with the physical and spiritual aspects of Magical Passes, a book by Carlos Castaneda. This presents an approach for a short term physical fitness practice that brings wellness and vitality into our being as well as new possibilities for conscious expansion of our energy body. These exercises can add years to your life and anyone can do them without risk of injury.
