Join Jenny in her 3rd trimester for a simple warm-up using a step bench. A modifier is provided if you don’t have a step. Workout is divided into 6 blocks. Each block begins with a base move using a step, then move to a cardio push if you feel strong. Active recovery prepares your body for weight sections that help strengthen the entire body. All exercises will get you ready for labor/delivery.
