Somewhere between Slacker, Clerks, and Swingers came NoHo, the absurdist indie comedy about unemployment, enlargement, and enlightenment. Quinn and Harvey are down and out roommates barely existing in the L.A. suburban hellscape of mid-1990’s North Hollywood. Quinn searches for love (and another menial job), while Harvey deals with expiring unemployment insurance and an unexplainable problem.
