Too often Lean is associated with only physical movement or the creation of physical items. But the concepts of Lean and Kaizen can be applied anywhere work is done – including your office and administrative functions! This course is broken into three chapters, providing you the foundation for understanding how Lean can be applied in a modern office, as well as useful tools for implementation.
