“Clip: Hiking with Valentine – Coliseum Mountain Trail”

On August 27, 2017, we started from the parking lot at Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve and spent 12 hours round-trip (about 13.5km long for one way and 1200m elevation gain) to enjoy the different parts of the trail: well-groomed along Lynn Valley bottom, rugged in the wilderness from steep slopes in the forests to wet meadows, and along the rocky ridge to the open summit with views all around.
