This workout presented by 9th Dan Grandmaster Chul Jin Kim. The workout designed as a real taekwondo class that Grandmaster Kim teaches in his Los Angeles dojan intermediate level students. We will start from warm-up, stretching, followed by punching, blocking and kicking techniques.
