A creative and vibrant vinyasa yoga flow is explored in this 45 minute class taught by Marley Vigdorth and is perfect for those just starting out with the exploration of yoga. Class is designed to awaken the body into the rhythm of the breath and increase flexibility. You will work through some gentle Sun Salutations, some basic twists (Prayer Twist and a modified Revolved Crescent Lunge), a fundamental balancing series that includes Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) and then finish up laying on your back.
