“Beginner Yin Yoga”

Join instructor Daniela Arango for two Yin Yoga classes. Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that allows you to hold poses longer and focus on your breath. One class will focus of providing a nice thigh and leg stretch, and the other class will help decompress the spine. These classes could be considered restorative in nature but don’t require any props. Classes are suitable for beginners.
