Hip Love
Filmed at Kanaha Beach, Maui. We begin our journey focusing on releasing your hips. Your hips are connected to your legs, back, and glutes – all major core areas for strength and grounding into the Earth. Tight hips can impact a major portion of your body, from the rib cage all the way down to the knees (physically body). This core area of our body is often where we store stress (emotional body).
