The series centres on a retired officer named Hieronymus Harry Bosch. He is retired from the LAPD. After two years of retirement he starts to work as a private investigator. Bosch has a daughter named Maddie. Like her father, she has also joined the LAPD. She is assigned to work as a patrol officer at Hollywood Police Station.
Defence attorney Honey Money Chandler doesn’t have good terms with Bosch. They are more like rivals to each other. Still, she manages to get Bosch convinced to work with her on some cases.A businessman named Carl Rogers hires a hitman to kill Chandler. But the hit remains unsuccessful in his attempt to kill Chandler. Bosch starts to investigate the case of the hitman.
Meanwhile, a billionaire businessman named Whitney Vance wants Bosch to investigate one of her private matters. She wants the investigation to be carried out undercover. Bosch starts to work over both cases and suspects some connection between the two cases. His suspicions get stronger when businessman Carl Rogers dies unexpectedly.
While he is busy solving the cases, his daughter, Maddie, gets kidnapped. Bosch and Chandler come together to solve the mysterious case and save Maddie Bosch. Will they be able to s Maddie from the kidnapper? Are all these incidents connected? Will they be able to solve the mystery behind the killing?
Actors Titus Welliver, Mimi Rogers, Madison Lintz, Stephen Chang, and Denise G. Sanchez are playing key roles in the series, with various other actors in supporting roles.
