Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband has passed away. Her husband Sanjay Kapoor, who was a businessman and chairman of Sona Comstar, died on 12 June 2025 while playing polo at the Guards Polo Club in England when he suddenly got a heart attack and fainted on the field. He was taken to a private hospital but he died on the way.
This is being told as the reason for Sanjay Kapoor’s death. Some time ago, it was claimed in his report that he had a sudden pain in his stomach because he had accidentally bitten a bee. He got stressed and had a heart attack.
Sanjay Kapoor married actress Karisma Kapoor in 2003. After this marriage, he had two children, whose names are daughter Samaira and son Kian. He divorced Karisma Kapoor in 2016. After that, he married Priya Sachdev and they have a son.
Just a few hours before his death, Sanjay Kapoor had expressed condolences to the people killed in the Ahmedabad Air India plane crash and wrote-“Terrible news of the tragic Air India crash in Ahmedabad. My thoughts and prayers are with all the families affected”
