Three new officers come to Tihar Jail, they are trying to understand the jail and the rules of the jail. There are many gangs in the jail who are enemies of each other, meanwhile a black warrant is issued for two criminals named Ranga Billa, that is they are sentenced to death. How are the preparations for hanging done in the jail, what happens to the families of these officers working in the jail, what turmoil happens in their personal lives.
This series of 7 episodes reveals the entire dark secrets of Tihar, one episode is about 40 to 50 minutes and in this you get to know the truth of Tihar of the 80s which has not been shown on screen before now.
How is the series
This series is quite amazing, its specialty is its story, you get to see something new in it. We have seen jail in films but it has been shown in a light-hearted manner. Here you get those details which surprise you. From jail politics to corruption in jail and jail food, from prisoners to the personal life of officers, all that you have not seen on screen, this series is quite tight. It does not bore you anywhere. This film is worth watching once.
