At a recent event in Mumbai, T-Series head Bhushan Kumar revealed that actress Vidya Balan had rejected the 2022 film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. This was revealed during the launch of a song ‘Ami Je Tomar 3.0’ from the upcoming film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3‘. At the same time, Vidya also broke her silence on this and told the main reason for rejecting ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’
Why did Vidya Balan not become a part of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’?
Bhushan Kumar said, ‘Kartik joined this prestigious brand in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Since then, it was my dream that Vidya ji should be in this sequel as well. But she refused me.’ Vidya Balan, who was present at the event, explained in detail about her reluctance to join the sequel.
Why did you decide to return to the franchise?
Vidya Balan said, ‘I was very scared because the first part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa gave me a lot. I thought that if I made a mistake, everything would be over. I told Anees bhai that I cannot take this risk. But when he offered me Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, I liked the script very much.’
‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3‘ will be released on 1 November on the occasion of Diwali.
