Charlotte and Rob Sanders are a married couple. They live a modest life in a small apartment. Every Christmas, Charlotte recieves a annual letter by her college friend Jackie Jennings.
In the letter, Jackie always details about the extraordinary achievement and praises of her family. Charlotte starts feels envy of her perfect life. She always compares her own family with Jackie’s perfect family.
A twist of fate takes Charlotte and her family on the doorstep of Jackie and her husband Valentino’s house. And that is too when they are stucked in a snowy weather, just before the Christmas.
This gives an opportunity to Charlotte to prove that Jackie’s perfect family is not that perfect and starts to find the reality behind it. But the jealous attempts of Charlotte ruins Christmas for both the families. Now they must come together to save the Christmas celebrations.
