AR Murugadoss who is known for his blockbuster films will now present ‘Sikandar’ with a new unique story. He has said that this movie is being seen as an Eid release, it should not be seen only as an Eid blockbuster but there is an emotional element which is like Aamir Khan’s Ghajni, it is a family emotion story. This story is based on the relationship of two lovers who are girlfriend and boyfriend. Sikandar shows the depth of the relationship between husband and wife.
Now the audience is speculating that just like Sanjay Singhania loses his memory in Ghajini, will there be such an element in Sikandar too which will shake the audience emotionally?
A.R. Murugadoss has not revealed this secret completely but it is clear from the words that this is not a masala film but a heart touching story. Apart from Salman Khan, Kajal Aggarwal and Rashmika Mandanna are also playing important roles in this film.
The film is going to be released in cinemas on 28 March 2025. It remains to be seen whether it will be as emotional as Gajni.
