Famous film director Anurag Basu remembering singer KK said that KK’s voice used to be the life of my films and whenever music director Pritam has to make a new song, he definitely remembers KK at that time.
Anurag Basu said that KK had sung many memorable songs in films like ‘Gangster’, ‘Life in a Metro’, ‘Barfi’ which became very popular, there was so much truth and depth in his voice that it touched people’s hearts directly, his absence in this world always leaves a void in my heart which no one can fill and neither can it ever be filled.
Anurag said that KK was not only a great singer but also a good person who always worked happily, working with him was a matter of great pleasure for me.
KK passed away in 2022 but his voice is still alive in the hearts of crores of people.
