Actress Ananya Panday, who was recently in the news for ‘Control’ and ‘Call Me Bay’, has been in the news for her professional life as well as her personal life, especially her relationship issues. The actress reportedly broke up with actor Aditya Roy Kapur in March. Recently, the actress revealed that she will not compromise in any relationship now. She also shared her views on romance.
Changed herself for the relationship
Recently, Ananya was talking on a podcast, where the show’s host Raj Shamani asked her if she has been in a relationship where she has compromised with herself? To this, Ananya said, “We all have done this. I have seen people like this. I have also been there. I am sure that I have changed myself a lot, but not to the extent that something bad has happened. I have realized that yes, maybe I have not been who I am during that time, so it is not a very good situation for me.”
Ananya changed her habits during the relationship
When Ananya was asked what has she changed about herself? And what does she feel when she looks back? To this, Ananya replied, “My likes and dislikes. Like I will pretend to be small that ‘I want to watch these movies’ and I will only do what my partner likes, like I will only eat this kind of food, go to only these kinds of places, I will not go out because my partner likes to stay at home.” Ananya told that she has done all this.
“Accept me the way I am”
Clarifying her point further, Ananya further said that now she will not do such things. Her partner will have to accept her the way she is. The actress said, “But now I will not do this. Now I want my partner to accept me the way I am, similarly I will also accept him the way he is.”
