What happened after the accident
After the accident, a case was filed against Allu Arjun, his security team and the theatre management at the Chikkadpally police station. Charges were filed under various sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) based on the complaint of the deceased woman’s family. Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 in connection with the case. However, the Telangana High Court granted him interim bail on December 14, which expires on January 10
Special instructions given to Allu
According to media reports, apart from this, the court has instructed the Pushpa star not to change his residential address without prior notice to the court and he has also been barred from leaving the country without prior permission. All these conditions will remain in force until the matter is resolved.

The incident took place on 4 December 2024, when fans reached the Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad to get a glimpse of the actor during the Pushpa 2 premiere. During this, there was a stampede to see Allu Arjun and in this chaos, a 35-year-old woman lost her life and her eight-year-old son was injured.
