Interestingly, Rajpal Yadav’s character, Raj Purohit Jyotshi, was not initially part of the script. Jaffry mentioned that Yadav was force-fitted into the film due to his rising popularity at the time, and his role added a quirky dimension to the story, complementing the lead performances by Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar.
