A person has died under suspicious circumstances during the screening of the film ‘Pushpa 2‘ in a theater in the city. This incident came to light when the people sitting in the theater were already enjoying the movie. As soon as the news of the man’s death came to light, there was a stir among the people present in the cinema hall.
What was the whole matter?
This incident is being told of Tuesday evening, December 10. The body of a man found in a theater in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh heated up the atmosphere there. The deceased has been identified as a man named Madhyanappa. Madhyanappa was a resident of Udegolam village and had four children.
In a statement given to PTI, the police said that the 35-year-old man was addicted to alcohol and was already drunk before reaching the theatre. According to the police, Madhyanappa drank more during the movie, after which he was found dead. The incident took place around 6 pm, when a cleaning worker there saw the man in a suspicious condition.
Deputy Superintendent of Police of Raidurgam, Ravi Babu, says that the exact cause of death is not known yet. When the family of the man reached the theatre, the man had already died. The family members have also expressed their displeasure over the screening of the film in the theatre after Madhyanappa’s death.
After this, the police reached there and the screening was stopped immediately. In the case of the incident, the police have registered a case under Section 194 of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation is going on.
