Brothers & Sisters: Cast & Creators Live at the Paley Center

The Brothers & Sisters cast and crew discuss how the show became a surprise hit, how to realistically portray a family, and what drew each actor to their role. This William S. Paley Television Festival evening honors Brothers & Sisters, a drama series about the California-based Walker family, a clan of adult siblings trying to live up to the lofty expectations of their parents after the death of the family patriarch. Pat Mitchell (president and CEO, The Paley Center for Media) welcomes the audience and moderates the following panelists: series creator/executive producer Jon Robin Baitz; executive producer Greg Berlanti; and cast members Sarah Jane Morris (Julia Walker), John Pyper-Ferguson (Joe Whedon), Matthew Rhys (Kevin Walker), Sally Field (Nora Walker), Balthazar Getty (Tommy Walker), Rob Lowe (Robert McCallister), Calista Flockhart (Kitty Walker), Dave Annable (Justin Walker), Emily VanCamp (Rebecca Harper), Patricia Wettig (Holly Harper), and Rachel Griffiths (Sarah Whedon), who had to leave during the program.
