You’ll breath and move through a modified Sun Salutation A designed with a beginner in mind. Sun Salutation B is simple and cued clearly as you transition through Warrior 2 (Virabhadrasana II), Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana) and Reverse Warrior (Viparita Virabhadrasana). Kirk will guide you through Triangle pose (Trikonasana) and a wide leg forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana).
