Steam Locomotive’s Golden Age – Texas

Take a train ride from Rusk, Texas to Palestine, Texas on a 1911 Baldwin 462 steam locomotive. The Baldwin Locomotive Works was an American builder of railroad locomotives and largest producer of steam locomotives. The Baldwin Works produced 75,000 steam locomotives until production stopped in 1955. This historic train is still maintained and operated as a tribute to ‘The Golden Age of Steam’.
