The Dismantling of the Normandy School District

Terry Artis is a Normandy High School graduate (class of 1982), he served as a contracted percussion clinician for the high school marching band from 1982-1990, and he was elected to the Normandy School Board in 2013. Terry shares his unique perspective on a number of failures and forces the led to his school district being dissolved in 2014. On May 16, 2015, Mr. Arts graduated Summa Cum Laude (with the highest distinction) from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Studies with an emphasis on film.
