2 6 Donburi Donburi is a dish that marks the summer in Japan. The translation means a bowl of rice and it can be with meat, fish or vegan. Uros prepares Donburi with three kinds of meat and feta cheese. The dish originated in the 18th century, at the island of Hokkaido.
