A young female writer and producer attempts to overcome her dysfunctional family she left behind in Texas, while navigating the equally dysfunctional waters of Hollywood where she struggles with relationships, drugs and alcohol since she lives in secrets and shame. Ultimately she must decide if her mis-steps in her youth will define her life as an adult.
