Monica Inks has been an A.C.E. certified personal trainer in the Columbus, Ohio area for the past 8 years. Her approach to fitness and wellness integrates the emotional, nutritional, physical and spiritual aspects of our being. In this presentation, she discusses the imbalances we all have been experienced with and how to correct this condition. She also guides the audience through a meditation and explores the results from each of the participants. In short, the guide to good health and wellness as well as fitness, is a combination of these four aspects: emotional, nutritional, physical and spiritual, as one can affect the others. Monica then guides each client as they determine which course of action to take.
