Conflict of Interest

Two veterans are reunited. They both served together and were complicit in a cover up. They both possess knowledge of an unforgivable war crime. One can deal with this terrible secret, one cannot. One wants it swept under the carpet the other wants to to tell the world what happened. Can these old army friends find a middle ground? How will they settle this amicably, if at all?
