AD 8, Rome. A ship leaves the coast of Lazio and goes across the Mediterranean sea, beyond the Dardanelles strait, it enters the Black Sea. The ship is carrying Publio Ovid Naso, the greatest artist of his time. The poet is condemned to exile by the Emperor Octavian Caesar Augustus, What happened? “Two crimes, a poem and a blunder, have brought me ruin.”
