Building a Street Art

In October 2013, Paris, France became the center of street art culture. Facing destruction, a building became the site of over 400 works of art, by 100 artists from around the globe – 10 floors worth. “Tower Paris 13” explores the phenomenon that, for a fleeting moment, took the street art world by storm.
