A documentarian (Jessica Ambuehl) comes to Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on a mission to make a documentary about love and while filming, she forms a bond with her camera operator (Chris Murphy). Together, the two encounter all kinds of Midwestern eccentrics – sincere, kind, hopeful, crazy, and lovely.
