Exponents and Exponential Functions

Dr. Monica Neagoy builds on students’ understanding that exponential growth means rapid growth, explores exponential notation, and analyzes properties of exponential functions’ graphs, using TI-Nspire features such as sliders and graph transformations. Modeling finance applications and one of Newton’s laws build a solid foundation for these fundamental Algebraic concepts.
