With the release of this film, the Securities and Exchange Board of India suspected that this film was made only for branding Dr. Ajay Murdia and Indira IVF. Meanwhile, Indira IVF was planning a big IPO of Rs 3500 crores, which was to list the company in the stock market, but SEBI found out that the timing of the release of the film and the IPO was very similar. They suspected that the company was making a profit by selling the film. Indira IVF wants to influence the public through this. As soon as this matter came to light, Indira IVF had to withdraw its IPO on 27 March.
Due to which the film got a lot of negative reactions and reviews from the audience. It flopped badly at the box office and could earn only Rs 65 lakhs. But this incident has sunk both the film and the IPO
