“Fiona Wallice has come up with a new ‘modality’ for the Internet – Web Therapy. She asks her husband, Kip, to participate in a mock session with her to demonstrate how it works. During the course of their ‘fake’ discussion, many of their real marital issues come up. Meanwhile, Fiona gets a new client – Richard Pratt, who happens to be an old co-worker from her days at Lachman Brothers, a financial services firm. Richard wants to discuss his current relationship with Fiona, but she dismisses his issues, preferring to focus on the the flirtation that occurred when they worked together. After this session, Fiona contacts the receptionist at Lachman Brothers, and learns that the men she used to work for are still talking about her – Fiona left Lachman Brothers under a cloud, and she’s considered filing a sexual harassment suit. In her next session with Richard, she attempts to reignite their past flame, but is disappointed when he decides to propose to his girlfriend. After Fiona’s husband, Kip, tells her that Web Therapy isn’t a good investment – only sex and genealogy make money on the web – Fiona discovers that an old client, Jerome Sokoloff, is worried that his fiancee is actually his half-sister, due to his father’s sperm donation 25 years ago.
