Kangana, who is playing the role of the country’s first woman Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in this film, has given such a statement about her, which is in the headlines. Kangana has said that Indira Gandhi’s struggle was not real, but fabricated.

Whatever decisions she took, she took them out of arrogance. According to Kangana Ranaut, this is what she found wrong about Indira Gandhi. Kangana said that Indira Gandhi was from a privileged and nepotistic background, but she was still determined to prove herself. But she did not have the maturity to handle her position.

Emergency is directed by Kangana Ranaut and is based on the Emergency imposed on 25 June 1975, which was lifted after 21 months. This emergency was imposed in the country after a decision of the Allahabad High Court, in which Indira Gandhi was held guilty.
