Chandu Champion Gets Standing Ovation: Kartik Aaryan Gets ‘Emotional and Proud’

With today’s theatrical release of Chandu Champion, Kartik Aaryan is soaking in the positive reviews. In a recent Instagram post, the actor expressed his sincere gratitude and said that the fans’ standing ovations had left him feeling “emotional and proud.” He was spotted giving director Kabir Khan a hug in a crowded cinema following the movie’s showing.

After the movie’s screening, Kartik Aaryan was seen in the latest video upload giving director Kabir Khan a firm hug. When Kartik Aaryan arrived at the end of the movie, he was met with applause and a positive reaction from the audience. He smiled still and joined in on their applause.

“THIS CHAMPION IS NOW YOURS (folded hands emoticon)” is what Kartik Aaryan wrote in the caption. “These applause I’m feeling quite emotional and proud of this whole journey because of these Standing Ovations. For me, this film is a trip that has altered my outlook on life rather than just a story! In the sports biography Chandu Champion, Kartik Aaryan portrays Murlikant Petkar, a former Indian paralympian who won gold medals. Important roles in the movie are also played by Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Vijay Raaz, Aniruddh Dave, Palak Lalwani, and others. In Jammu and Kashmir, London, and Wai, Chandu Champion has been shot. The film, which will be released on June 14, is co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan and supported by the production companies Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Kabir Khan Films.
