Tanishaa Mukerji answered, “I’m not bothered by these things. I’m unable to draw comparisons between my sister and me. I don’t even evaluate myself against other performers; why should I evaluate myself against my sister?”

The actress continued, “I really believe that every actor and celebrity has a unique journey. Yes, my sister’s career started when she was sixteen, but mine was not as successful. She worked in the industry, which gave me a lot of privileges.”

Tanishaa Mukerji further expressed herself, “I am grateful that her career provided me with all I needed. After all was said and done, my career was extremely comfortable. I was spared from labour. I never compare because of that. I believe that comparison is something the outside world enjoys, but I don’t live there.”

Tanishaa Mukerji continued in the same interview, saying, “My sister is like my mother, and my mother and I are like friends.” Like all our mothers, she is. She’s the real mummy—strict.” Tanishaa last appeared in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, a dance reality show.
