It is Day 9 of the retreat and the last day of the TWIM retreat with Bhante Vimalaramsi.We have to bring the meditation into daily life and this talk touches on ways to do that, as the retreat comes to an end.Bhante Vimalaramsi teaches “TWIM” (Tranquil Aware Wisdom Meditation) that is based on the instructions directly from the Majjhima Nikaya of the Buddhist Suttas. The object of meditation is Metta and the Brahma Viharas and ultimately this meditation will lead one quickly and joyously to awakening & Nibbana in this very life.
