S:1 E:3 Sonic 3 & Knuckles – Mushroom Hill Sonic finds another super ring, which transports him to a room full of grey super emeralds that he can now gather. These super emeralds can only be collected when Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles were combined. Sonic becomes Hyper Sonic while Tails finally has a super mode too.
